If it sat that long..i would highly suggest changing out all the fluids..ie engine oil, diffs...ive seen bad results when cars have sat about a year with same oil and try to drive after.

How are the tires? do they have flat spots from sitting so long?

Was this a local Wichita purchased STi?

There is DO IT YOURSELF threads thru forum on how to do but if you prefer taking somewhere..nothing wrong with service dept at Subaru dealer. I keep my 08 STi on the fluids they use. I had them do oil ($30), tranny (est. $60), diff (est $60) at my 15k mark.

Also check out www.ksautoforum.com wichita local forum with ALOT of Subaru owners that arent on Nasioc, im on there under BBS STi

If you are pretty anal with the quality of fluids going into your car, like me, Fusionworks stocks Red Line, Motul, etc.

Another Wichita SCCA club autocross at Yoder June 5th.

http://www.wichitascca.org/SoloII.html

Any help setting it up Saturday morning would be appreciated. I'll probably hit Carriage Landing for breakfast at 8:30, then head to the Sunflower Aerodrome west runway at nine. if you come from the North, be very careful driving past the trailer about midway down the west runway. We want to be good neighbors to the locals.

Yes, all you have to do is sign a liability release form and it's free! I've seen families pull up in campers at the viewing stand and enjoy

Thanks for all the support last night guys. Couldn't have achieved what I had without you guys. Fusionworks and the guys were very helpful too! In case I did not manage to tell you guys out there last night, I am selling the STi. It is very sad to see her go, but I'd like to see her in safe capable hands!
