Default Wrx High Mileage Question

Alright my suby brothers and sisters. Just a quick thread about a mileage question.
Whats the highest mileage anyone has driven on their subys before selling and or trading it in?? I'm a little pass 80k on my04 and getting a little worried about coming up to 100K. I take care of my suby pretty well.
Oil change every 3-4K and never race or track it. Plus I am not interested in trading it in for a my07 or 08. I love the body/chassis on the 04.
I thought about when the time comes, when the engine gets too old, just swapping it out for a 2.5L one or something like that. What would you guys do if you were in my situation.

wow you really had to post in all red.. if you have never messed with your motor, or haven't done so improperly, you should be good.. subaru motors lasts forever.. aside from the eventual turbo crack which is cheap to replace, and the usual maintenance, they last a long long time

sorry mate if that bothers you red is more attractive for reading. There is a reason why STI made their custer lights red. thanks for the advice

Awesome bro. I like your style. Its a good peace of mind knowing it can go pass 100K and still run like new.

My 04 is at 119,xxx and it is still running strong and new. It's bone stock and I don't race or drive harder than a normal car.

125K miles, '02 WRX, stock, redlined at least once every trip. Driven 50%+ almost all the time. No clutch drops.

225K miles, '93 Legacy Turbo, stock. Automatic. Running strong.

245K miles, '93 Legacy Turbo, mostly stock. 5-speed, Driven like the WRX. Runs good as new. Just passed smog today @ less then 10% of allowed emmisions.

All properly maintained, but other than that nothing special.

And yes it can even modified. That is why I bought this and not srt4. As well as tons of traction advantage.
