Hey guys. I keep throwing a a CEL for emission leak/loose gas cap. when i pull the code with my AP. Do you think that maybe the gascap is messed up? or would there be any other reason that I would throw that code???

Check the gas cap and make sure that you tighten it at least three clicks. Have you replaced any part of the fuel system lately?

gas caps can and do fail, try a new one. if that doesnt do it, youll need to look over the evap system or have a professional do so.

evap isnt usually fun. hope its something simple!
