Default oil pump problem give me opinons

I've been working on my car for a while, my crank pulley went out destroyed my woodruff key and so on. I also have had an oil leak that would blow back to the exhaust and smoke which would get some scared looks while sitting at a stop light. Well I got the crank sprocket off and I've been planning on doing the front main seal and resealing the oil pump. Well by the looks of it and I could be wrong wrong but it looks like my oil pump may be missing screws, and that would account for my leak.

The 2 lower circled holes are for the removable cam belt guide and the upper one is for
one of the bolts for the plastic center timing cover.
