I wasnt too happy at the end of the year with my car. It was running consistent 12.1-12.3 all day long at 112-113mph. I was trying out a new mass air meter and hadnt gotten the tuning down, didnt find the sweet spot till september or so. I actually ran quicker on my stock mas meter, but it was unconsistent as hell, It would run a 11.9 then 12.4. This mas is alot more consistent and easier to tune. Not sure what the car will run this year, have alot of bugs to work out, need a new lower ic pipe and exhaust, going up to 3.25 mandrel from the catback. Hopefully I pick up some mph.......but I have strayed too far from the origin of this thread....later

Greetings "brokeawd". Yeah, just show up at the meet cuz like what rallyx13 said is that it is better for other vehicles to show up. I invited some Honda drivers also but its always iffy if they show up. It would be cool if more DSM show up at these meets also.

last meet there were these 2 guys who were tryin to be all hard and thuggish by driving up while leaning in their seats i don't think they talked to anyone, i tried to say whats up and they just looked at me

Were they Hondas or DSM? Those people can just keep on driving cuz this meet is not some kind of bad ass/wannabee racer team. We don't try to look hard because we're just having lunch and exchanging info to make our cars better. There's a wide variety of people at the meet that can cover all sorts of information from computers to cars to low yield nuclear weapons. So if they want to hang out, they can stop in and contribute to the meet.


Just as long as they don't shoot us in the leg.

That image is classic....hahahah. Like I said, anyone who knows me know that I am not some thuggish ruggish gansta looking for some trouble. Im in the AirForce so I would consider myself somewhat well mannered, except when it comes to street racing, I get road rage very easy. I moved up here in 97 and there was a group of us who used to race down on Post rd for 3-4 hours at a time without getting caught, now I dont even bother going down there.

That is something I have never understood is people have never gotten together and had a hangout, always people too busy talking smack about crews and fightin over the title who has the fastest gutted 15 second honda. No offense honda owners, there are a couple of nice honda owners out there, but most of them are always the same. I have found the better crowd to be the DSM and subie crowd for the most part. Strange enough nobody has ever organized a get together, I tried a couple times on streetracing.org and there was just too much crap talk over there. Hope none of those fools come over here and start trollin. Hopefully I can make it out on sunday, and tag along. My GF works at moose's tooth so I am very familar with their selection of beverages. yeah. i remember on a forum on streetracing.org when you were tryin to be cool with everyone and all you got back in return was people talkin smack sayin how fast they are and sh**. they probably can't even hang with you with their cars
