I have a friend of mine who just got the skirts too and needs to put them on. He lives in the west Naperville/Aurora area. He is kind of mechanically inclined so I don't think it will be a big deal for him. I will be talking to him tonight and if he thinks he knows how to do it maybe you guys could hook up and install them together and he could help you out. I will let you know what he says since he is not on i-club

If this is for a WRX, the swap out is really simple! All you will need is a small flathead screwdriver and a philips head.

Get underneath the skirt. You'll see five or six washers on the bottom of your stock skirt. There are slots in the washers. Using the flathead screwdriver, gently pry the center clip and it should "pop" right out. Be sure to remove the gray gromet that comes out. You should now have a plastic clip/pin and gromet. Repeat until they're all removed. Double-check that they've all been removed.

On the end of the skirt closest to the front, you'll see a philips head screw that holds the skirt to the fender. Remove that screw. Double check that all of the fasteners are removed from the skirt.

Starting from the front, gently pull the skirt away from the car. The only thing holding them in are more clips.

Reverse the process when replacing your skirt.

That should do it. Took me (mechanical idiot) only about 20 minutes to swap them out. Good luck!

I talked to him last night and he said he was planning on doing it this weekend. I was going to swing by on Sunday to check out his new place and maybe, depending on the time you guys are doing it, we could come by. PM me some directions or a phone number and I will check with him and see if he is up for it.

BTW, like topcover said, from what I heard, it looks pretty easy to do.
