It will fit if you have the electronic climate controls ... The one with the silver raise knobs not the conventional black ones

I'm doing some searching to find how hard it is to switch out. Depending on what I find I may be interested. You never stated how much you want for it either.

I just saw that it basically requires swapping out the entire HVAC system. Not worth it in my opinion.

It fits 05-07 but not 02-04.....
