Where to buy harnesses?

I'm a perfectionist. I'm also a car geek. These two are in constant confliction with each other. When I buy a turbo timer, I need to cut into wiring harnesses to wire it up the e-brake even if I buy a plug and play harness. Gauges need splicing into power wires, radar detectors need splicing, and don't even get me started on custom alarm systems.

I'm looking into buying harness so I can make true plug and play kits for popular things out there, like turbo timers, gauges, and the such. I found a place that sells both forward and reverse radio harnesses, but I have yet to find harness for the following:

Alarm brain module (for RPM wire, arm the alarm with turbo timer running!)
E-Brake (For headunits\turbo timers)
ECU harness (remote start, custom alarms)

If anyone could help me out, I would greatly appreciate it.
