We are currently on V1.09 of our Smart Controller and Failsafe. There are many features that set our Smart Controller apart from other controllers/failsafes on the market. Once you learn a little about its capabilitys you will realize that this is the most flexible failsafe on the market. If you have an idea of something you want to accomplish, this little unit can likely do it.

The Smart Controller has so many features and abilities that I cant cover all of them in this post. I will post a link to our guide so you can see how to set it up. Here is a quick picture of the application which allows you to set the unit up.

Within this unit you can setup just about any sensor on your vehicle including RPM, TPS, MAF, MAP, EGT, AIR TEMP, etc. You can also use any custom sensor you have that gives a 0-5V output, Frequency Output, or Millivolt output. We are currently on Version 1.08. We expect Version 1.09 to be available shortly which will include Injector Dutycycle.

Some quick stats:
Functions as a switch or windows switch for any input such as RPM, TPS, EGT, etc.

5 digital ground outputs

3 virtual outputs can be used for conditional decision support.

7 inputs (Four 0-5V, 2 Frequency Counters, 1 millivolt).
programmable 0-5V output. Can turn any single input into a 0-5V (such as RPM)

8 channel datalogger

Can also turn any 2 inputs into a custom 0-5V output with the 6 X 6 table.

3 programmable LEDS. Can turn on/off, blink fast, slow, solid based on inputs.

Ability to PULSE outputs. You can set a device to pulse at what ever dutycycle you want, on/off time can range from 100 ms to 25 seconds. Accuracy is within 1 ms. this can be useful in certain situations.

All of your outputs can be conditionally programmed. You can use upto 9 conditions per output.

Setup is simple. This can be used to Activate water injection, nitrous, its a failsafe, it can activate a shift light or be a RPM window switch. Because it has 5 output channels and a "between" function, its can run all your devices at the same time.

If you read through either of the guides below you should get an idea of how easy it is to setup. The nice thing about ours is you have the ability to do anything you want with it and you can integrate other products directly into this unit. Please ask any questions.

Also, forgot to mention. You can now mount it directly on our Trunkmount tank with 2 screws.
