Default How to disable ABS on 96 Legacy L

Long story short, I need to replace a broken tone wheel, but don't have the cash to pull the hub and have it pressed and have the tone wheel replaced right now.

I want to pull a fuse that will safely disable the ABS for now until I have the funds in a few weeks to get it fixed.

I read a post that said to pull the fuse under the hood that says ABS, but I looked and they aren't any.

There are two fuses in the front driver side pedal area, one says ABS/Cruise the other says ABS Relay

If I pull the ABS Relay will that safely disable ABS for now?

If the tone wheel is broken, I'm presuming that your ABS light is on. That means that the ABS is already disabled, and you don't have to pull any fuses at all.

But, in answer to your question, yes, pulling the ABS Relay will safely disable the ABS until it's plugged back in.

ABS fuse is INSIDE the car in the in car fuse box

If you do not know where that is, grab your owners manual for help
