Default No dash 04 STI on startup etc, Help

I was installing a new radio and Blitz boost controller with Power meter. I hooked into my UTEC wiring for speed sensor and power from fuse box.

Problem
I don't have dash startup and no guages plus no headlights.

Car starts and runs fine with only the blinkers and open door red light coming on on the dashboard.

What have I done as all fuses look good.

I see the 2 green connects are unpluged which is right but there is a black connector also not plugged in, does it also sit idle like the greens or is it plugged somewhere.

Any help would be womderful

on my friends 02 WRX i did notice a little black connector not plugged in right near the test connectors. His **** works fine.

Pull the dash out, make sure all the connections are snug.

also did you do any wire splicing to install anything?

Dash has now been taken out and all connections look OK. No new splicing and battery was disconnected while I was working on it earlier

Also
No lights come on in the heat/air switches.
No DRL's work
No headlights
No Gauge cluster lights or Gauges except turn signals, door open and headligt green light, that's it.

All fuses removed and checked with a meter plus swapped to different positions.

Got to be a relay?

Have you checked the fuses in the panel under the hood also? This most likely is a fuse problem.

Have you verified that voltage is getting to the fuses under the hood? If they are ok, then check the dash fuses for power.
