yah...ive been looking around alot. My guess is that they are 17" by 8.5" wide...offset shouldnt matter on a tred swap...as long as size is right, i think...

offset matters a lot actually

and yes the stock 06 bbs wheels are 17x8 +53. if you're going to be buying another set of wheels, check the 'wheels that fit the sti' thread and go wider, bigger, or both!

For future reference...All of this info can be found on the wheel itself. The diameter, width, bead type and offset is all forged right into the outside-center of the STi BBS wheels. (its the writing near to the lug nut holes)

I miss my 2001 Outback

Did subaru make a stock 18" wheel for the sti that is as light (or close to it) as the bbs? We are thinking about getting a new tribeca (which I believe has 18" wheels standard). I have the 2004 sti bbs wheels on my 2001 outback right now and LOVE the look! I'd like to swap out the tribeca wheels for something similar. I think the tribeca shares the same lug pattern/diameter as the 2005+ sti models. What are your thoughts (sorry if this is far enough off topic to hijack your thread. I'm not trying to...)?
