Is the bulb number on an 03 wrx 9005? if so i have an hid kit i want to install....where do i put the ballest.... and will the hid's dim cause bug eyes stock halogens work off the same bulb for lows and hi's....

You're going to get yelled at...
Putting a HID kit into bugeye headlights without serious modification [i.e. projectors] is going to give you one of the worst beam patterns on the road. Also, 9005 will not fit into a 2003 MY headlight. |

8000k + HID Kit + bugeye = FAIL
seriously... why 8000K? you are better off not using them than installing them to blind others. |

don't know how much different a bugeye is from my car, but i have a HID kit and it looks great... and no projector either.

9007 type is one of the worst type of bulb you can throw a HID kit into. I have pictures of bugeye with HID. But since they aren't really my pictures, I don't want to put them up to the public. But if you want, I can pm you them for your private viewing.
