I know there are a lot of people on here that are into art and things like that so i hope people can respect what i do. I am struggling a lot lately trying to pay for my schooling, living and other expenses while trying to make it somewhere with my art, so in order to attend the art school i plan on going to in california next year i need to get as much money as i can, with no help coming from any other means but working and selling my art. I am by no means a photographer now do i have even close to a decent camera so please forgive the terrible pictures for now. I putting up for sale all of the art pieces i have that are either framed or matted and plastic covered.
Here is just a small background for an idea about me and my art.. My name is Steven Long and I am 20 years old. Right now i attend Bellevue Community College to try and save as much money as possible in order to attend OTIS school or art and design in California next year and hopefully RISD someday in Rhode Island. I have never had a family to help me with anything in my life and have worked for everything i have and have been. There is no need for more details than that but right now i cannot even drive my car anymore because of money issues. I have loved art and drawing my entire life and all the pieces i have here are either inspirational people to me or images that mean something to me in someway. For more information about any of the pieces i have for sale you can pm me or e-mail me at matchbokromnce@yahoo.com. I am going to sell them on a best offer type of sale but i am hoping to get the most i think they are worth out of them. So without delaying anymore here they are. -Close-up Portrait of Bob Marley-Oil Pastel-42" x 30" x 5" deep The frame itself on this drawing was $700 that i payed out of my own pocket so i am at least hoping to get that back. ![]() -Close-up Portrait of Miles Davis-Oil Pastel-42" x 30" x 5" deep This is the same frame and price as the Bob Marley drawing. ![]() Baby in Hands-Colored Pencil on Colored paper-Matted and plastic wrapped- 24" x 18" ![]() Poverty-Colored Pencil-Matted and plastic wrapped- 18" x 18" ![]() Depression-Colored Pencil on colored paper-Matted and plastic wrapped- 24" x 18" ![]() Child-Pencil-Matted and Plastic wrapper-18" x 18" ![]() Skiing-Colored Pencil on colored paper-Matted and plastic wrapped-20" x 18" ![]() Bob 1-Pencil-Matted and plastic wrapped-15" x 13" ![]() Bob 2-Pencil-Matted and plastic wrapped- 15" x 13" ![]() Thank you very much for looking and trust me they are all a lot more vivid and clear in person.

You must understand, young Hobbit, it takes a long time to say anything in Old Entish. And we never say anything unless it is worth taking a long time to say.

why for all caps is not allowed
![]() ![]() ![]() p.s. today, drunk and consumed by bitterness, I drew a robot doinking a stick woman in the butt and then several hours later I drew (in more detail) myself dryhumping the **** out of a woman who had no face. Is it art? And, more importantly, who wants to pay for it? I will staple them together. They go as a pair. Last edited by Squeakywaffle; 04-29-2008 at 06:15 AM. |

I'm sorry, but your composition and perspective are suspect. Try going abstract, they matter less then.
