Default Clearing/baking headlights for others

I've baked/cleared headlights for my car as well as a few others. I have a friend who wants me to do his for him because he's afraid he will screw it up. After thinking about it, I am curious to see if there is anyone on here that wants their headlights cleared but are to nervous to do it themselves.

I was thinking, I could have you send me your lights and I will bake them/clear them for you then send them back. However, in order to start this process I would need to find a few people who would be willing to take the chance of sending me your lights and then once you get them back and I begin to receive good reviews, others may feel more comfortable allowing me to do this for them as well. For the first.....let's say....3 people who are willing to take the chance I will do your lights for FREE to get some good reviews on the quality of my work. If this becomes a hit I was thinking of charging around $50 + shipping for a pair. But I don't know exactly what the going rate would be for something like this.

The point of this thread is to get opinions from others about how to handle a transaction like this and to see if there is any interest.

FYI: (Headlights I have done this on)
04/05 - 4 cars (3 WRX's and 1 STI)
06/07 - 2 cars (both WRX's)

I don't think this is gonna fly - especially in this forum (not a classifieds forum), and w/o a vendor account.

If a mod sees this and knows the correct place to post it, please either let me know or move it to the desired location.

That's not the issue... You are gonna get crap for posting up services, with non vendor status.

Understandable.

But I'm really just looking to see if there is any interest. If there is then I would go the correct route of obtaining vendor status.

The stickies (such as the one in red below) explain that if I had services I was posting I would have to do it in the vendor classifieds section. But what about simply gaging interest for a certain service?

I'm not going to pay to become a vendor before I even know there is enough people interested in something like this.

Why do you want to become a registered vendor on NASIOC?

Well, in order to advertise and sell merchandise on NASIOC.com, you must be a registered vendor. NASIOC has 150,000 members currently and that number is growing month after month. Take advantage of a very large audience of Subaru customers from all over the world by advertising on NASIOC.com.

With your paid vendor membership you will have a special title under your username alerting everybody in the NASIOC community that you are supported by NASIOC as a vendor. We also have Vendor specific forums in which you can post up threads containing information about new products, services, and sales you have at any time.

How do I become a registered vendor?

It’s simple! Just email the following information to vendor@nasioc.com:

Your Name
Business Name
NASIOC Username (you will need one that is the same as the name of your business)
Contact Information (phone numbers, e-mail)
Website
And specific information on what you sell

And of course, I can be reached at Jim@nasioc.com. It is my sole responsibility in NASIOC to work with you to quickly and efficiently get your account registered as a vendor so you can start making money off the almost unlimited potential NASIOC.com offers!

Does this project include painting the housings? If so, I'm interested.

If that's what you want done I will do it. I have painted the housing in an 06 WRX once, it turned out flawlessly IMO, and the person I did it for was very pleased.
