i just installed a prosport oil pressure sensor in the galley plug under the intercooler.

When i started the car the pressure was floating around 90-100 psi at idle.
however, the car had a CEL. (also the cruise light is flashing)

help needed please.
im afraid to drive the car and i need to get to school tomorrow.

Do you have anyway to pull the code? Did you disconnect the TPS harness? If so just do a hard ecu reset, pull the -neg battery terminal and then hold your foot on the brake pedal for 15-30 seconds with the key out of the ignition.

It is a tight squeeze to get to the galley port so depending on what you removed from the car it could be anything. Try the ecu reset above and if the CEL comes on again go get the code read.
