Default Subaru Stock

Heyy everyone. Does anyone know of the top of their head if Subaru has ticker symbol in the NYSX? I love Subaru's that much i would really like to put my money invested in them. I know they are a subsidiary of heavy Fiji industries I beleive, but i cannot find any stock information for them...

Thanks!

The car buying season has nearly come to an end. If not the end, it has definitely started a while ago already.

Buy stock in oil companies instead. Better investment.

buy low, sell high. mark the trend of when it reaches the lowest and begins to climb. Buy at the dip.

ECON 101.

Lets see.... whether you agree or not, most people do not like the looks of a new subaru, car buying season is almost over, subaru has a stop sale on the sti's for the turbo issues, and many complaints about wrx motors knocking, buying a stock for subaru right now would be like doing this

Why would you buy stock in a small car manufacturer? I would rather toss my money in to Toyota. Further, why invest in an industry that is facing lower demands due to a recession and high gas prices? You're better off spending in green energy stocks.

Bench investors are like bench racers - really good at it in their minds, but no real experience or success. Ignore them all.

No you can not,
not unless you work with a foreign investment company.
subaru is traded under fuji heavy industries (traded via tthe TSE)
you would need to convert a bunch of money into yen, and then place your order,
so between the fees of converting and the fees of having another outside investment company take controll of that, you wouldnt be able to do it while seeing a major benefit unless you convert a whole lotta cash

scottrade which i use, because of low fees, does not allow me to do this

but if you go with a premium brokerage service (youll need an butt load of money in order to even have them look at you) youll be able to easier, but youll be paying a premium

the company is actually pretty solid to invest in
subaru is one of the few car manufacturers to post a REAL profit this past fiscal year,

this is bad advice

unless you have roughly 20 grand to throw into this investment, its pointless.

gold is WAY too high for most of us to be able to afford, and see any sort of real gains when you do invest anything less that 2g's into

buying stock in a company because you like its product is about as smart as doing so because you like its ticker symbol. funny bump though.

This

Understand what the company does. What markets and technologies they invest in. There short and long term historical performances as well

Fuji heavy industries is a strong consistent performer. They would be good for short term investment
