Default MD WTB: VF43, STi BOV + recirc hose

Need these last few things for my swap:

VF43 and STi BPV + recirc hose

I'm in the Rockville area, I work around Bethesda. I'd prefer not to have anything shipped but I'm open to it. PM me if you have these parts.

He is, the 43 is the same turb as a 39, just with an upgraded wastegate. 500is what i paid for mine, which I thought was a tad high. I honestly don't think they should go for more then $475. The market is high for them right now, people are just dishing out the cash for em. Then there are the 34s for sale, the ball bearing turbo, which is nice choice, but again selling too high.

For 650 you can get a used EVOIII 16G, a much better turbo.

I personaly went with the 43 for the better w/g. I'm having her p&p to make up for the lag, which should have me on par, if not better then the 34.

Hope that helps.

Thanks for your input, I'm so tempted to go w/ the 16G but I for the 2.5 I don't think its big enough, plus I think I'll need more parts to accommodate it as opposed to an IHI turbo.

For the right price I'd go w/ a VF34, but I don't know if I'd like it to spool so soon - one thing I dislike about my car is the flat power-band. I think the VF43 would be more like my WRX, and thats what I miss most about that car. By the way, if you have any references on 2.5s w/ the 16G let me know, I haven't found any dyno charts on the Legacy forums w/ that setup but maybe there are people on the Forester forums with a Big 16G.

18G2cm, the perfect compromise.
