Default buy the ZeroSport DP or not?

Hello,

i have JDM Engine v7, and i found a good Bellmouth Zerosport Downpipe with a high flow (catalytic)..the bellmouth start with 4 inch and end down with 3 inch.

the offering price is 210USD..shall i buy it or wait for the 150$ HKS one?

does that high flow block the air really hard?i also found on the internet that this Zerosport price with cat price is 870 USD.

please any suggest or opinion?

thanx.

You might want to check to find out if it is a USDM length down pipe or a JDM length down pipe. If you are trying to mate a USDM cat-back exhaust with a JDM length down pipe you will probably run in to problems as you will end up with a gap.

Zerosports makes awesome products though, so if there is no damage and everything mates up, then I would get the Zerosports down pipe over the HKS down pipe.

thank you.

what if i got a gap..can i fix this thing with welding a connector?

cause we have a lot of Exhaust shops here who are weld exhaust and so on.

i really don't have many choices around here.

would like to hear ur opinion about this thing,

thanks a lot.

Yes, I do believe you can have a connector pipe created if there is a gap in the systems. The best thing to do though is to match a JDM to JDM & USDM to USDM system so that you don't have to get the additional piping and gaskets. I cant' remember exactly how long the gap is though if you are trying to mate JDM to USDM length portions of the exhaust system, so you may need to bolt everything up and then measure the length that you need.
