Default 06 Sti swap on a 5spd wrx tranny

If i have 06 Sti swap and i keep my 03 wrx tranny will i have any problems? everything should bolt up to right?

it should bolt up, i just wouldn't put too much strain on the 02-03 tranny as they are notoriously fragile and with a 2.5 even on a stock sti turbo protunes have been known to put down 350-390 wtq so i'd be very very careful not to shatter your tranny

I guess i shattered something becuase my clutch is just sitting all the way on the floor.

did you check your tranny fluid reserve? mine was bone dry and the clutch was sitting on the floor. i flushed it out one day and replaced it with some royal purple and it works fabulous

Looks like the slave cylinder that sits on top of the tranny went dead after it had a leak.
