Question Tri-state opinions wanted: My WRX conversion, To WING or not to WING???

OK, tri-staters, I'm looking for your opinions. Should I keep my Scooby a sleeper, or put the RS coupe wing on it? Or should I make it crazy aggressive by putting on the roof vent/scoop too? I have the wing and scoop/vent all painted and ready to go, but now I'm hesitating... I like it with the wing and scoop, but I'm gonna keep it a sleeper until closer to summer. I'm starting to worry that the wing will attract attention from thieves and boy-racers. Plus I now have a lot of goodies inside...

Anyway, check out my car here:

And voice your opinion!

Thanks!

Mark

well first i must say that i love the color of your car.

It is actually a good color to be a sleeper.
I forget if it is a 2 door or a 4door.

If it is a 2 door go all out on the thing, do all of the above.
If it is a 4 door make it a sleeper and then you can laugh at everyone that wants to race you.

That is what i think.

BTW, the bumper in that pic is now replaced with an '00 RS bumper! Or at least it will be when I get it back from Rallispec (any day now). I also had RS sideskirts, but I painted them, and didn't like the way they came out (I'm a perfectionist with the Scooby!), so I ditched the sideskirt idea.

And I'm also getting addicted to using smileys from other car clubs! The grass is always greener on the other side, and other sites got some slick smileys!

I think you should not put a wing on it, keep the sleeper look. Also, I think that you should come to Atco tomorrow and run your car. Thank you and goodnight!

I think a sleeper look is cool, but with a twist. After you lure someone in who's reving next to you, you throw a switch and Dr. Jeckle (or is it Mr. Hyde) comes out. Suddenly,

Your car lowers one inch.
The exhaust opens and gets noticable louder.
Red neon starts glowing from under the car while fake smoke (dry ice) starts bubbling out from all around the car.
The window's auto-tint to midnight black.
The car starts rocking like 700 horses under the hood are trying to break free.
Bass starts thumping and giving everyone pains in their side.
A blast of fire shoots out the back of your car (bat mobile style)
Women and children run for cover
Men tremble but are immobilized
The light turns green and all hell breaks lose while your car lauches like a frat boy who just chugged 24 beers...

And the other car? He's so friggin stunned that his car never budges as he just stares in disbelief.

That's what I think would be very cool.

I especially like the 700 horse part

I think I'd need to upgrade my internals though
