Question Natick Subaru Service Department

Does anyone have any experience with the Natick Subaru's service department?

I have to go in for the infamous O2 sensor recall. And I want to know if they are going to hassle me for my Cobb CAI. The girl on the phone said that shouldn't be a problem, but I just want to make sure.

They usually won't hassle you on aftermarket equipment on factory recalls... only factory warrantee issues, and even then it's rare. A factory recall is an official notice that publicly announces a defective part or service; meaning, something that is 100% their fault.

hmm would a subaru dealership help me to install an unorthodox racing pulley??? because i tried the install today and can't get the wrench into the hole to unbolt the pulley.

I wouldn't ask your dealer to help you install a pulley. Can you wait for a garage day? I'd help you, but you live a ways away!

thanx for the offer, but unfortunately all the garage days are on saturadays at which i work in my family restaurant and also the garages are out of state and i feel weary driving out of state, its just me i guess i dunno, but hopefully that planned garage day in arlington will come.
