Default Trying to decide which gauges to get.

Alright Ill be getting a tune on June 5 so Iam looking for a set of gauges to keep me safe.

Iam going to be doing the clock pillar for the gauge setup. Just stuck between which brand to go with. Trying to spend as least as possible but I want an accurate and good quality gauge.

My fav gauges that Id love to get are the Defi's of course but they arn't exactly cheap by any means.

Looking for a decent Boost gauge. I dont wanna skimp out on a Wideband gauge so Iam going with the

AEM UEGO- Seems to be one of the best on the market.
Aquamist Guage will be next to this one.

Anyone have any experiance with the maddad/prosport gauges? Perhaps somebody is selling a Defi boost gauge along with the controller?

Let me know if there are some other brands that I should look at.

Also anyone with the Defi gauges or knowledge of them, whats the biggest diffrence between the Racer/BF series. Besides that fact u have to have a 100$ controller to make the BF series work and their gauges are more money. Same accuracy?

prosports are very good, and very accurate. i have prosport egt, oil temp, and oil press. the blue color looks real sick too. just barely noticable during the day ( dont have to squint to read them at all) which i was kinda worried about. and at night somebody probably could read them, if they knew what the gauges were, from a car or two behind me. i bought those three, and a gauge cluster from fastwrx.com, which i think still has a sale for 10% off if you buy three prosport gauges , for as much as a couple defi gauges uninstalled. it all depends on your budget.

I'm a huge fan of the Maddad Clarity V2's. Much less expensive than defi and are a near perfect match to the Impreza interior (RX matches the WRX interior, Ti matches the STI interior). I did have prosports prior to my Maddads and hated them; hard to read during the day and boost gauge was calibrated for sea level and read consistently low at altitude (I live in CO). Just my experience.

Man screw defis. Get the wideband aem uego and the prosport gauges with the ati gauge pod. Looks just as good as the Defi's and you will save half your money. Wideband, prosport gauges and gaugepod is still less expensive than the three defi gauges with the pod. I'll take pics tomorrow

The Prosports are good, and accurate. I wouldnt say VERY good and VERY accurate though. I've seen too many of them be off a little bit. And at night they are retarded bright, a lot of people like this though.
