Question Need help tightening the belts.

Ok so i need to tighten my belts because they are loose and causing this weird rattiling noise. But i don't know how to do it. Here are some photos that i took. I was wondering if i just need to tighten the screws that are circled or is it something else that i need to tighten?

the adjuster to the left of the alternator is for the belt that drives the alt. and power steering pump. The adjuster to the right of the alt is for the ac belt. When adjusting the ac belt make sure you loosen the nut that holds the pulley to the bracket(the pulley bolted into the long slot). That bracket is easily broken, there are many threads on it.

just pointing out the obvious here, but loose belts usually don't make a rattling noise. The only indication you have a belt too loose is squealing when a pulley slips. Rattling could be all kinds of other things, but very likely an idler going out.
