Neutrogena has some orange body scrub stuff that works pretty well. Try that and a looooooofah on a stick.

Go to your local asian section of town. Find a grocery store or market. Purchase a scrubbing cloth.

It's a rough nylon cloth/mesh that is great at scrubbing your body and keeping your skin clear. Over time you'll have less breakouts, but not eliminated completely.

After that, you can drink more water, use an antobacterial soap, and reduce stress in your life. Or get a girlfriend that will pick em for you (PM brucelee for more info)

i dont know for back, but pro-activ doesn't have to be used twice a day. i use it once every night (mostly since i'm cheap and would rather make the 30-day "kit" last for 2 months+) and it's worked 10x better than anything from clearasil, neutrogena or st. ive's. but from what i've gathered each person responds differently; you can get the hella harsh **** and it could clear it right up or make it worse by agitating your skin (making more oil). on the flipside if you get mild stuff it might not be enough, or might just do the trick.

anyway, for "backne" or whatevs, i would try st. ive's scrub. its pretty strong.

proactiv is really just overpriced and well marketed benzoyl peroxide. you can buy that same stuff for way cheaper. Just follow the same regiment as proactiv and you will have similar results.

personally nothing worked for me... otc stuff like proactiv and clearasil and even prescription stuff from countless topicals and even 2 types of antibiotics.

Now im on accutane in my 3rd month and my skin is finally clearing.

My son was suffering from some serious acne. He tried all kinds of over the counter stuff, including the ever so famous Pro-Active.

When it's all said and done, he basically went to see a dermatologist and she prescribed antibiotic. Basically they're little green capsules that you need to take twice a day. Within 2 months, his face cleared up.

So yeah, I highly suggest talking to a dermatologist.
