Default Positive switched?

I can't find the common positive on MY04 Forester XT headlight plug (H4). It seems I only get power from one pin at a time. Could this be?!! I only get voltage across two pins for lowbeams and when I switch to highbeams the polarity changes?! The other pin doesn't seem to do much. What's going on here?

Figured it out. Blown 15A fuse. Future reference on the drivers side, when looking into the plug
