Default Anyone know how to install a garage door opener and rails?

I need to install a garage door opener at my new house in Queen Creek in the next few weeks. Has no rails or anything ran. Anyone ever done this wanna lend a hand and get some beers/cash monies in return?

The community is Meadow Vista or something of that nature. Its right next to Cambria on Ocotillo and Ironwood.

As for the rails, I mean the rails that go to the opener itself. The garage door already has rails so it works manually.

Thanks man! It may be a bit, scheduled closing is the 10th but most likely it will be before the 1st. Any time after closing is good for me, just gotta go to sears and pick one up

Brock, if you haven't bought an opener yet, you might want to check out the Chamberlain belt drive unit. It's fast, very quiet, and has a battery backup that will allow you to open the door even if the power is out or if you blow a fuse interrogating terrorists.
