Default Turbo M3 Gt40 - 705 Pump Gas WHP with Aquamist

This is a fun project I have been working on it made 720 whp at around 23 - 24 psi on pump gas

We recently added an Aquamist HFS 5 and now have it at 20 - 22 psi peak on pump gas running zero knock - 100% safe as can be smooth as silk 705 whp

We may try and turn up the wick to 800 whp on pump gas - will wait to see what the customer decides

There is no replacement for displacement

A buddy of mine has a blown and sprayed E46 M3.. Things hauls.. He's over 600whp on a Dynojet.. Running an HKS Rotrex, alchohol, and pretty big wet shot.. This is at 10psi as far as I know..

I'm also curious about the block and heads.. Al, any motor work done??

Old thread, but I'm interested in getting the GT40 turbo installed on my (future) 2.5L WRX STi sedan MTX.

Any idea what the cost would be, ballpark, to install a GT40 turbo in addition with making the car strong enough to be a reliable daily driver?

By the looks of it, with such a turbo, hitting 700whp would be an easy reality.

If you have to ask, you can't afford

GT40 , 700WHP, and DD dont belong in the same sentence. Unless it is some one advising you to not try to do it.

it's been done, it's a great turbo from some plots i've seen; you need deep pockets, strong parts, a great machine shop, great builder, and great tuner.

not undoable, tough to do right the first time, without the help of the top tier of nasioc vendors. A gt40 can do amazing things on a 2.5L limited to pump gas or 91 octane piss lol.

the search button is your friend, mr. thread bump...(there are plenty of 40r threads with subaru's on nasioc).
