What size is the 98 RS master cylinder?

I have a brake problem. It is way too soft and it is deep no matter how many times I bleed the brakes. I have to pump a couple of times to get a reasonable pedal pressure. Also I noticed that most of the brake force is in front brakes and rear pad is barely grabbing the rotor.

My car is 94 Impreza and it had small disk in front and drum in the rear. Single stage booster from stock and no ABS.
Now I converted to Legacy B4 RSK 2piston bigger caliper in front and disk brake in the rear.
I think the problem is either master cylinder too small or the brake proportioning valve needs to be changed to 4 disk ones. Maybe both

My choice for mastercylinder is 98 or earlier master cylinder because those are the ones that fits on my single stage booster as far as I know.
My original master cylinder says 15/16.

Is 98 RS bigger than 15/16? If not there is no point for me to buy. The size is stamped on the master cylinder.
I'll appreciate if somebody post me the specs of 98 and earlier Impreza or Legacy master cylinder size.
