Unhappy is there another way to get into test mode?

connected both green connecters , under the steering column and the one behind the passenger's kick panel.

is there another way to get into test mode?

Hmmm, when you turn your car to the on position when you don't have the comp hooked in, do the fans and such start cycling through?
