Default My car won't start after swapping parts! Need Help!

Hello all.
I've swapped parts from my car. After the swap , my car won't start.
List of parts swapped:

-VF-39 Turbo
-STi Pink injectors
-Walbro Fuel pump
-Bosal shorty DP

The ECU was reflashed to STOCK 2002 Map.
The swap was done by a Suby specialist.

I thought it was a battery but apparently , I don't think the battery is the problm. Here's reason why.
Video Clip:::

My car had low on gas. My friend think it should be the ECU. Maybe my ECU was fried when the ECU was reflshed to stock.
I think it could be the ECU but I don't wanna buy a part that's not causing any problem. If anyone could help me with this problem please!!!
I need to start my car within a week!. Thanks for any input!

Here are my suggestions after doing this same swap 2 months ago.

1) After pulling the ignition fuse for priming did you try disconnecting the battery and resetting the ECU? That was my problem with not starting at first.

2) Did you disconnect/relocate any grounds? When I was installing the new injectors i moved the drivers side ground on the intake manifold. That caused a thousand problems including the fuel pump not cycling = no start

3) edit add - Green Connectors?

Sounds like battery to me too... Take a wire brush to the terminals.

Sounds like a bad ground for the starter. Or a bad starter.

def sounds like the battery...CLEAN the terminals and make sure the negative/ground has a nice good and tight connection.

my car used to do that a lot. the negative on the battery harness was bad and lose.

x2...when we swapped darksc00bys car we ran into an identical issue. the starter is kicking but the spur gear isnt extending to make contact with the flywheel. the problem ended up being an extra ground hooked to the starter housing, which for whatever reason, caused the starter to not work properly.

the housing of the starter grounds out on the transmission case, so there's no need for a negative lead. check to make sure there isnt one hooked to the terminal next to the positive lead on the starter.

what happened? I had the same prob with my swap last night?

initially, I had the ground wire that leads off from the same spot as the positive for the starter, grounded on the top bolt for the starter. no clicking, no spinning, nothing. so, i hooked the negative lead into the second terminal on the starter & I get the same sound. nothing else.

mine was the battery. mine was less than a year old. took it to advance auto. they tested it as bad. free replacement was put in. cranked right up. i had the exact explanation as you, sounds like a machine gun.
