Figured I'd make one

So lets see, I bought my first subie a couple months ago sometime in February. Got a pretty good deal on it, was clean for how old it is and how many miles it has. 1996 Legacy 2.5GT 4EAT the color I believe is quicksilver but I'm not 100% on that, had 193k on the clock when I bought it (now 202k), ran good when I bought it now it runs great. Bought it because it was about the only subaru in my price range that was new(ish) and relatively quick.

Came with '05 WRX wheels with RE92 tires that currently have about 5-6/32nds of tread left on them, I plan to get some F1 A/S in the future. Also it had some riced out craptacular catback on it with a 4" tip, ripped that off and put in a custom made 2.25" catback with a borla replica header and a vibrant streetpower 2.25" muffler. I love the sound it's on the quiet side and really DEEP but still screams when I tac it out . Other than the exhaust I've kept everything stock, I put the grounding kit on there and some lattitude wiper blades Oh and I just got the windows tinted @ SRP.

The car's pretty quick.....Ok not really but it's a LOT faster than my old car. This car serves as my DD and I'm going to drive it into the gound, I really want to see how long I can make it last, going for 300k++

The car's got some scratches chips and a few dents, the major suck factor of subaru paint doesn't help. I swear everytime I wash it I see a new nick/scratch

All in all, love the car, love the AWD, already had my stupid omg I've got awd I'm invincible moment which resulted in a broken passenger side fog lamp. I've learned to respect the car because I'm not invincible but I LOVE it in the corners!

Yes i had my "omg 4x4!" moment in the explorer I used to drive during a snowstorm last year. Took half an hour but i got it out of the ditch, though that person's lawn may never be the same
