Default New Battery recommendation!!

My battery just died on me...
I'm about to head over to Kragen to get a new one.

Should I be looking elsewhere for better brands etc?

Kragen carries Exide, witch is a relatively good battery manufacturer.
If your going to get a normal wet battery, id look into the "platinum" series (bright orange label)
They are constructed to a higher standard then the normal cheap batteries, and have a 96 month warranty.

And if you feel like spending the money you can get Exides' version of the Optima battery, called the Orbital. same 6pack gel cell design.
