Default $40 ebay high-flow cats....how different from $75 magnaflow hi-flow?

So my original cats are clogged and gross. I'm going to get two high flows (don't even bother arguing about that...its just a waste of everyone's time) to put in their place. Originally I was going to buy 2 Magnaflow hi-flow cats at $75/ea....but I see generic hi-flow cats on eBay for ~$40 - $50 each.

Do the ebay ones suffer from some horrible design flaw that causes cataclysmic explosions or fire? Why shouldn't I buy an ebay hi-flow (versus a "name brand" one) ?

My friend bought an Ebay high flow cat once for his '89 Accord. He got a resonator that looked like a cat from the outside in the mail.

Is that a good enough reason ?

I don't think that means all sellers of cheap cats on ebay are scammers tho.

I was thinking something like one of these
