Legacy Head Gaskets

I have a 2002 legacy. Nice car, well maintained, high mileage (200k Km's). Noticed an oil leak about a week ago. Now have a coolant leak too. Got a quote from a shop for 3200$ CAN to replace the head gasket.

My questions are:
Does this quote sound crazy?
What might my car be worth as is?
What is the liklihood I could sell it as is?

Any other comments on Subaru legacy head gasket issues / fixes are welcome.

thanks
