Ocean City Meetup 2008 Picture Thread

I was there minus my Scooby but i saw some of you guys on the strip in OC i was the only person pushn a 6 Seater Gas Golf cart Blu/White. (Its powered by Subaru) LOL That Suxs about the Red one looosen his windshield :-( We will be there for the Next Funkmaster Flex show in Aug hope to see you guys again. Maybe meet some of you.

I saw you guys driving by in your caravan, shortly after we saw the GT-R go by. We were sitting at the bus stop in front of the convention center, just after loading the cars in. There was that crazy mist, you couldnt see anything!

Yeah, that Skate was pretty nasty. Now, my friend Ryan, is like the ultimate fisherman, but listen to what happened when he tried to get the thing back into the ocean.

Of course you have to lay the thing on it's back to get the hook out of it's mouth just like any other stingray... so he get's the hook out and the thing is trying so hard to flip back over on its belly but can't. So he could see that it has a whole bunch of these little razor sharp points all over it's head and down its back and tail, but what he didn't see was the spikes on the fins. So he goes to grab the fin with his index finger and thumb to flip it back over and when he did... RRRRRRRRRRRRRRIP! You heard it tear through his flesh and he immediately let go and blood just started pouring out of his finger. I've never seen him in so much pain.

Long story - shortened, I told him to rinse it off in the salt water, and then like it or not, suck the poison out of your finger so it doesn't travel too far into the blood stream. So he did this and we put antibiotic ointment on it and by the time we left later, he said his finger felt fine, like nothing had ever happened.

btw, that is not a sting ray... sting rays will have a tail with a bone and a sharp barb like thing that is separate from its tail.

Skates and sting rays are two different fish. Skates are harmless unless they cut you like your friend.

you can find them in the bay too.

ok if your car is like my car (06 wrx) then you have a cap on the back of your light housing. did you have to drill a hole through the cap to get the xenons in and if u did, how did u seal the hole back up to keep condensation out?
