Default Where are the factory grounds?

I just put my motor back in the other day, and I am having some electrical issues that I think are caused by a missing ground. I looked through the manual, but I can't seem to find a definitive list of the grounding points, so I don't know where I am missing one. Can anyone tell me where they are supposed to be?
