Default Tokico D-spec, Group N tophats, ultimate wagon springs

I'm selling my car so I re-installed stock suspension. I am selling the setup that took me two years to figure out. My goal was a setup that is near stock ride height, has a level stance, no saggy wagon ass, and has dirt-capable spring rates. I found that a combination of JDM STI front springs (V7?) and STI forester rear springs resulted in a very level ride with firm but smooth rates.

02-03 Tokico D-spec struts (under 4k miles). Will include necessary washers (grade 8, perfect fit) to use 04+ rear strut tops. $425 shipped SOLD

Group N front strut tops. ~15k use. SOLD

Group N 04-07 rear strut tops with rear boot holder cup removed, ~15k miles use. Will work with Racecomp engineering, DMS, and other coilovers. SOLD

JDM STi front springs and FXT STI rear springs. No longer available.

Dude,

how many suspensions have you tried? You sell like 2 setups a week.

Interested in this one though. This should bolt right up to my FXT with no sag, no? I see you have the FSTI springs on there and I know you have experience with Fozzies. About how much drop from FXT stock hight do you think this might be. ~3-4"? Performance wise looks solid. Thanks.

Yep, I have indeed tried a million suspension combos and it is unfortunate that I'm selling my car. As for the drop on a FXT, it should be around 2". The back end will definitely be taller than if you were using wrx wagon springs but the front will be a tad lower. I also have the front FSTI pink springs with a coil cut out which might work better on the heavier front end of an FXT. With the aluminum hood and lack of turbo/uppipe/etc, the front end of my car is fairly light.

I suspect that the front springs are 01-02 STI with a rate of 188lbs/in and the rears are 162lbs/in. I Drove my car yesterday with this setup and today with stock wrx suspension and the difference is noticeable, but not as extreme as when I was using USDM STI springs all around.

Yep, but you'll have to use a couple STI front strut boots on the rear struts. This is because rear strut boots will no longer attach to the rear tophats as I have cut off the lower cup that normally holds them on. I do have an extra set of STI front strut boots.

Are you in CO or WA?

If CO, what part? (trying to figure out if you're local)
