Default WRX Die-cast model

I haven't seen this discussed anywhere recently, although I saw a post or two with similar models on someone's notebook......

This is $34.00: http://www.tirerack.com/affiliates/i-club/model.html

They have one that looks identical at Continental for $99.95. That's some expensive shipping, handling and markup! Although, I am not sure if the scales are the same.....

I REALLY like it, though. Anyone else want to get one? We could save on shipping......If they have any left, that is.....

The one at Continental is 1/18 scale (or near that) which is MUCH bigger than 1/43 scale.

This place has the same model in 1/18th scale for $60. You have to search for "Subaru" and select 1/18th scale to find it.

Has anyone seen a build-it-yourself model of the WRX yet? I am talking like a plastic Tamiya one or something similar. I have not gone and looked yet, but was wondering if anyone has seen one?

We took the amazing shrink ray and shrunk my car. I'm sure you can figure the specs from there.

OK, that makes sense. The wing was throwing me off. I found the WRX Sti model, but they all had the factory wing. Where did you get that wing, because that looks almost identical to the Wings West wing, and is a good match for Winslow's car?

Excellent! I was looking for Tamiya models, but couldn't find any in town. Thanks for the info! Gonna check out that site later -- I wonder if that have Outback Sport models?
