Default FS: v2 RCE yellows for 05 STi

SOLD!!!

I have a set of v2 RCE yellow springs on my 2005 STi right now and just bought a set of ohlins sportlines to replace them with. I just wanted to put the springs up for sale and as soon as I get a committed buyer I'll pull them off the car and bolt up the ohlins. Obviously them being installed makes it a little difficult to get pics but they've only got about 8K miles on them and were never driven in the snow and rarely in the rain. They're in excellent condition. Asking price is $200 shipped obo.

yes, 100% sure they are v2s. The v1s were originally on the car and when the v2s came out the v1s were swapped out. I still have the v1 fronts for sale as well if any one is interested in those.

Yes, they've only seen about 4 months of use.

good springs, good deal. i have a set in my garage along with konis that i need to install, just gonna get group n tops first. i paid 200+ shipping for some with a couple thousand miles on them then I saw these for 200 shipped lol. As far as performance, they are really good from what I hear and it puts a decent looking drop front and rear.

Well, I am coming from Prodrive springs on my WRX setup, so I'm hoping these are all that I have heard about!

i think i have the version 1's, they are f'in stiff, but theyre progressive, so you get a nice ride unless you hit a pothole or something, and in the corners theyre amazing

yeah I actually have really grown to like them. I decided they were too stiff at first so I bought the ohlins to replace them since I wanted coilovers anyway. But after driving around on them for a little while I got used to it real quick and now I like them a lot. Paired with a good set of struts these would make an awesome track day set-up or even a great DD spring if you don't mind a stiff ride.

Still forsale? You can come up the shop and do the removal here if needed or I can just meet you in person any day you would like and give you the cash, As long as they'll fit the 06' STI.

I just hope the pregnant wife won't be able to tell much difference in stiffness over the Prodrives.....but then again, German roads ARE a lot better than American roads, and she won't get a ride in it back in the States till after the baby is due anyways.
