Default ej20g vs. wrx heads

Can somebody please let me know why you would choose one head over the other when building a ej22t stroker? I've looked all over but I may be a little to stupid still to understand all the technological mumbo-jumbo I've encountered so sorry about the noob question. I've just started doing research on this build, and I know I have a lot more reading to do, but I need to make a decision on the heads relatively soon. Thanks.
