Default FS Socal: Koni/OEM struts

Update:

I'm selling brand new Koni adjustable struts installed professionally by ProParts USA into 2002 WRX sedan struts. Never installed...0 miles! Perfect upgrade for those with lowering springs still riding on OEM struts, for those who want to upgrade their suspension while still retaining their stock struts, or for those who don't want down time by cutting into their own struts. Boxer4Racing used to sell preinstalled konis in doner struts for $1000+. I'm asking $850 for this brand new set. Local pickup only for now in and around Burbank. PM me if you're interested. Thanks -RJ

Includes unopened Koni hardware to go along with the struts.

Bump. Lowered price!

Would like to clear room as these are just taking up space. Getting them professionally revalved at a Koni certified shop is cheaper than buying a new set! Plus, you won't have to cut into your own OEM strut housing.

I'd like to keep it together since it'd be easier to sell as whole. Anyone who picks them up will be able to keep their stock struts in case they decide to ever return to stock. Thanks for your interest though.

The place close to where I live* that I mention in my first post says it's $155/per strut...so about $620 for overall revalving by Koni certified rebuilders who make sure the strut (since I'm selling a complete set already installed in strut housings) is in perfect working order all together. Koni inserts alone cost around $750, but then you still have to worry about either finding an extra set of struts to cut into or use your own, and hope you install it correctly.

*Places elsewhere might possibly charge less

$850-$675 (new Konis) = $175

So for an extra $175, the buyer is receiving 4 strut housings and paying for the labor involved in properly installing the strut inserts. I have the same setup on my car & while the install isn't rocket science, you'll be hard pressed to find a set of used struts and a shop that will complete the install for less than $175.

Bump for a good deal
