I had that set too, one of the very first I had.

If I ever have kids I think one of the few good things to come out of it would be to buy legos again.

I never had any of the medieval or pirate stuff, the coolest lego sets I had were a firefighting boat and a container ship.

I have a footlocker and a few more containers at my parents house. My dad will not get rid of them as he knows they have a decent amount of meaning to me as well as they'll be useful for my nephew when he gets to be old enough that he stops trying to shove everything up his nose.

Awesome, brings back some memories. I had the castle at :30 and the space monorail at the end, among others...my parents bought me a ton of Legos. I actually went to Legoland in Denmark when I was 6 years old, I still have pictures somewhere. They had some bad ass remote control Lego airplanes...it was like a fully functional airport. Crazy Danes.

Legos FTMFW!

I still remember using my bunkbed to gain enough height to finish off a 6' tall Lego skyscraper I created when I was seven. My parents still have this awsome pic of me standing next to it... and it's 2 feet taller than I am.

AWWW man that brings back a lot. I used to sit in my room for hours upon hours building stuff with my 4 toolboxes filled with lego pieces. I would dump them out on the floor and then leave them till my mom got pissed and made me clean it all up.

wow
That brough back alot of memories. There was a period of time in my life that was defined by lego's. I miss the creativity and carefree imagination of childhood. The second Technic Go-cart/dune buggy (not the 2 seater), I had that one. Got it for x-mas, and I remember santa had magically put it together already for me
