Default 2006 wrx wheel options enkei

I bought new eagle f1 all seasons in dec. 3 weeks ago i had a bubble in the sidewall. Guy showed me the rim is slightly out of round. then paid another 150 for more rubber.

I have a guy that may want to pick up the tires and rims but we are just in the talking stage. I want new rims.

How stretched will the 215/45 look on an 8'' wide rim? Will it be safe to drive on till i need new ones (aggressive)? Would you sell both and get new rubber?

I was told to get 225/45/17 from tire rack with a 48 offset rim. This is the rim i want and i would just get the same eagles but different size. enkei nt03+m

this is how my car would look with the rim. I dont know what size this guy is using and also mine is not lowered.
