Cool Mach V Mega Colossal Meet Food Thread

OK Ladies and Gentlemen,

To ride the coat tails of Dan's Thread, I'd like to get some donations for the grill. The Mach V boys will get things started with some burgers/dogs, but would ask for your help. I will update this thread as I get responses from all of you.

As a reminder, this is for Mach V's annual Mega Colossal Meet who's proceeds go to Big Brothers & Big Sisters. The event is scheduled for 26 Jul 08 @ 1000 with show car setup beginning at 0900.

The thread for the meet is located at: http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/show....php?t=1544033

Suggested donations would be burgers, dogs, chips, pretzels, soda, side dishes (cole slaw, potato salad, etc.)

Thanks in advance, your grill master........

Larry

Mach V......................hot dogs + buns
metros.......................chips
JWDWRX....................burgers
StiRobot....................Lots of cups! + some soda?

How about I bring cups....lots and lots of cups

Who'll bring soda? Preferably it'll be more than one person as providing a lot of soda can get expensive.

Anyone want to pony up for a keg of rootbeer?

All,
I've listed the suggested donations at the top and will update as necessary when I get responses back from people on what they are bringing.

Thanks, look forward to seeing you there.

I don't ask that anyone bring enough food for everyone. Just bring what you can. If everyone brought food enough for themselves, we'd have just enough!

There's usually a couple hundred people at this event, over the course of the day.

^ K I'll bring a couple hundred cups. And if we run out...and if someone saves me a parking spot I'll be willing to do a costco run.
