Default Nitto NT01 track pressure

Im a newb when it comes to track rubber. What level should I run these, and what should I start them out at at the beginning of the session to reach this level? Im headed to a track that will build a significant amount of heat. so the pressure should bump up quite a bit. its a 04 STI running track pads and just stage 2 if that matters
thanks for the help

Are these brand new, full tread? What size? What sort of suspension? Alignment settings?

I'm running 255/40-17. I have found that mine like to be around 38 hot, when they were brand new I started around 27-28 front, 30 rear cold. Now that they've worn dwon a bit, they don't heat up quite as much so I start them at about 28.5 front, 31 rear.

This is with RCE T2's (500/400), Whiteline sways, KB endlinks, and Whiteline ball joint extenders. Aliment is set to -3 front, -1.5 rear with ~1/8 toe out in front, and 0 toe in rear.

im around the same with t2's 600/500, 24/24 whiteline sways, and an alignment with 2.8/1.5. they are near full tread, so I try 28 front 30 rear and see how it goes from there

Yeah. Sounds like a good starting point.

Hey how do you like the 600/500 rates on the T2's?

I have the 500/400 rates on mine, and I do a lot of autocross with some 17x10's. Therefore, I need a bit of ride height so i dont rub my fenders on my tires. (they poke )

I'm wondering if I get the stiffer springs, if I could lower the car a bit...
