(i have a plug for old set of jdm that didn't have levelers)
Can I just turn the adjustment knobs manually??
Where do I tract down the leveling switch???

they are a nice feature. they just make the beam go up and down... you dont need them, but they are o so cool to have working.

many people aim their lights high on the highest setting and normal at the low setting. this would be useful on dark country roads and such, or when you are driving at highway speeds with your low beams on

here is an example of a bmw with leveling headlights. the bimmer does the leveling automatically, but you can get the idea of how the edms will go up and down.

yes you can plug the lights in with out the levelers plugged in, and yes you can manually adjust them, once you have the lights in your hands you will see the area you adjust.
you can pick up the switch used on here, or from your local suby dealer, i believe that those used the older levelers.
