Default FS 02 WRX in Plano - 2.5L tons of upgrades 14k

I have a 2002 WRX forsale in North Texas. The car has had tons of work done to it, I'll list all I can remember. The car has 57,000 miles, but many of the components have less. I believe I am the second owner, purchasing it last year. The body is marginal, with hail damage and some minor dings.

Here are some of the mods...
2.5L engine - 5,000 miles. Installed at FIS in McKinney April 08
VF 22 turbo - and stock turbo
PossumLinks Engine Management - and stock computer
AVC-R Boost Controller
TurboXS Exhaust - Also most of the stock exhaust
Nvidia Downpipe
Upgrade Fuel System, rails, injector, lines, pump
2 sets of wheels with tires - one pictured, the other the stock set
Upgraded brakes - bigger roters
Alpine system with XM and 2 x subs and 2 amps
Wideband sensor and boost gauge in a pillar pod
Carbin FIber trunk - Stock Hood
STI Wing and other external pieces- needs paint
Tons of extra stock and aftermarket parts not yet installed

I'm sure there is more, but that is all I can think of at this time. I've got a baby coming in August and need cash more then a 3rd car. The car is currently mechanically sound and a blast to drive. Since the new engine was installed I've kept the boost below 10psi, although I was told it could handle 22-25psi with a good tune and with the current setup that would give the car around 400hp.

I know it has a puck clutch, but I am not sure if there are any other tranny upgrades. I've never had an issue with the transmission and I haven't had the car set up for anything the stock tranny couldn't handle.

Yes, the rims aren't in great shape. Apparently there was a minor fendor bendor on one side that scraped them up before I got the vehicle. They are balanced so I never got around to needing to replace them. The rims on the other side are in much better shape.

It probably should be in the for sale section, my bad on the post. Can't figre out how to move it myself.

Yes, 400 horsepower on a stock transmission can be risky, although I've had no issues with the transmission on the current set up or on the previous engine even when running much higher boost. I wouldn't doubt if the transmission has some upgrades, but I am not 100% sure of anything besides the clutch.
