Default Slim fan wiring

I am looking into getting a set of 2 slim fans to replace my stock ones since i will be upgrading my rad. some time soon, and the stock fans rub my IC pipes..
my question is, i see the factory fans have 4 wires, but the slim fans i have seen only have 2 wires, how do you wire them up to still work like the factory fans??
also i see aftermarket fans in 10in, 12in, and 14in, stock fans are 12in correct? any idea what cfm each stock fan moves?

There should be two black wires that tie to ground on the original fan motors. The other two wires are for two speeds on the motor. You won't be able to have a second high speed if you use a motor with only two wires.
