Default STi headlight leveling motor harness - where to buy?

Hi guys

I'm looking for a harness which plugs into my 04-05 JDM STi headlight leveling motors and into my 6-pin leveling switch.

I've done a search and the two sources have not replied emails. I tried calling the latter of the two but it said the number was not in service.

I don't really have time to make my own so if I can buy one that is good quality like the ones offered, I don't mind paying around $75 or whatever it is for a quality harness, i.e. they have OEM connectors and are waterproofed and have that neat tubing and heatshrinked, etc.. And includes the correct fuse to replace! (I've already read that OEM connectors are not available from subaru in small quanties )

I already have the 6-pin JDM switch.

Thank you all

wagons-ho and that site are the same person. the guy is like a traveling vacuum sales man or something and is only home like 1 day a month. its hard to get a hold of him sometimes. i got mine from him also and love it. all fit perfect and works great

oh, and fill out your profile

OMGHi2U

I think the $120-$150 might be with the switch?

heheh yeah i was starting to suspect they are one and the same... Darn no wonder why no responses, he will get like 3 emails addressed to 3 different places when he gets aroudn to his email when he returns from the north pole :P

anyone else doing them, or is it worth the wait paranoid? hehehe... i guess it'll be like hitting the jackpot if i happen to score one.

profile will be completed as soon as my HID retrofit has been done with pics

Try Lightwerkz, he may have them and is a NASIOC vendor.
The other person you mentioned is NOT a vendor here and long ago wore out his welcome on this site.

Thanks Fox, I tried as he is currently doing my HID Retrofit, but he has not worked with the leveling motor before

I wasn't kidding about him wearing out his welcome here. Any posts promoting his products will be deleted.

Tell lightwekz i can give him the schematics for the leveling harness so he can make it for you. I have made it before, they are easy.

I hope offering schematics doesn't violate our TOS

In case anyone is interested, the first generation EDM Legacys had this same system in left hand drive using the six pin JDM configuration. In fact many of us Legacy guys have sourced plugs from the 04/05 JDM STI when making a harness

Check the 9th post in this thread http://bbs.legacycentral.org/viewtopic.php?t=19296 for pictures and such.
Here are some instructions that can help you make your own harness http://www.scoobymods.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2416

Bringing this back from the dead. I am looking for a harness for the leveling motors for 06' STi HID headlights. I will be purchasing the 06+ leveling switch. This will be going into an 07' WRX. Any ideas on where to purchase this?

I e-mailed LightWerkz with no reply and changofimports (wagons_ho) doesn't seem to be an active member anymore. E-mail no longer works either.

Thanks for any info!

You should just build your own wiring harness.
